Federal Protections Greater Than Those of Colorado

When the CDC published into the Federal Register its notice of Agency Order: “Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions To Prevent To Prevent the Further Spread of COVID-19," it came when Colorado was offering little in the way of renter protections.
